Company Overview

FAS is based in Randburg, northern part of Johannesburg. Our recruitment is focused on various Automotive sectors.
We have extensive accreditations and are registered with many industry bodies. We also comply with the relevant legislation that governs automotive recruitment.

  1) Registered private employment agency with the Department of Labour
  2) APSO
  3) Registered member of Services SETA
  4) Registered member of CAPES
  5) We are fully compliant with SDL, UIF, PAYE and workmen's compensation legislation. .

Our Process

  Our experienced team of consultants make it possible to supply our candidates to the clients on a turnaround time of 2 – 10 working days depending on the availability of the candidates on the Job market.
  We guarantee our placements for a period of three month from the start day, and if the candidates resign within this period we will replace them free of charge.
This guarantee shall however not apply under the following circumstances.
  1) Unfair dismissal
  2) Dearth or disability
  3) Retrenchment
  4) Collusion to avoid payments
  5) Misrepresentation of position at the interview level
